Description:
HC-885 is a single-component sealant formulated with neutral ketoxime type chemistry, offering medium modulus and exceptional durability. Designed specifically for high weather resistance, it ensures no corrosion on the surface of the substrate while providing excellent bonding and sealing functions for a wide range of materials.
Applicable Materials:
This versatile sealant can be applied to a variety of surfaces including glass, ceramics, fiberglass, galvanized metal surfaces, pottery, most plastic panels, non-oily wood, and anodized or painted aluminum profiles.
Usage Restrictions:
HC-885 is not suitable for engineering applications where the surface temperature of the construction substrate exceeds 50°C. Ketoxime products are not recommended for mirrors or coated glass; caution should be exercised if used on mirrors. Additionally, it cannot be used in environments completely isolated from air before curing.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.
Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
Caution
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
