 **HW-666 Neutral Silicone Fast-Curing Weatherproof Sealant**

This product is a neutral oxime-based, medium modulus weatherproof sealant specifically designed for efficient construction in cold climates. Its fast curing performance significantly improves construction efficiency while maintaining excellent weather resistance and sealing properties, making it an ideal choice for construction projects.

 **Applicable Materials**  
- **Metals and Glass:** Aluminum alloy doors and windows, coated glass, galvanized metal surfaces, fiberglass.  
- **Ceramics and Plastics:** Ceramic products, most plastic panels.  
- **Building Structures:** Anodized aluminum, powder-coated aluminum profiles, non-oily wood, indoor and outdoor glass sunrooms.  
- **Combination Materials:** Assembly and sealing of common building materials.

 **Usage Limitations**  
- Not suitable for projects where the substrate temperature exceeds **50°C**.  
- Should not be used in environments where it is completely isolated from air before curing.

2. Standard colors: Black, White, Gray (Other colors available upon request).

 **Shelf Life**  
Store in a dry, ventilated environment at temperatures not exceeding **25°C**.  
The product has a shelf life of **12 months** from the production date.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.  Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND APPLICATION SCENARIOS
CAUTION
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.

LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or       dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor     the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
