Product Description

HC-882 is a single-component silicone glass glue designed for bonding and sealing indoor and outdoor glass projects, various decorative caulking, bonding and sealing cabinet projects, installation of various aluminum alloy glass doors and windows, and assembly and sealing projects of high-end showcases. It adheres well to glass, ceramics, fiberglass, non-oily wood, and aluminum profiles (after removing any powder coating with a solvent). However, it is not suitable for use with concrete or cement building materials, substrates containing zinc, brass, copper, or lead, or for continuous immersion in water or isolated air before curing. It should also not be used on surfaces requiring painting or in applications where architectural-grade sealants are necessary.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.  Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND APPLICATION SCENARIOS
CAUTION
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.

LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or       dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor     the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
