This acid-curing silicone structural glass sealant is a single-component adhesive specifically designed for large glass panels, premium glass installations, skylights, aluminum alloy glass doors and windows, and large showcase assembly projects.
With exceptional adhesion and weather resistance, this sealant delivers optimal sealing performance for a variety of architectural and decorative applications, ensuring long-lasting waterproofing, moisture resistance, and airtight sealing.
**Suitable Materials**
- Glass, ceramic, fiberglass
- Non-oily wood, aluminum profiles, painted surfaces
- Particularly suitable for installation and sealing of aluminum alloy glass doors and windows
**Note:**
For powder-coated aluminum surfaces, ensure thorough cleaning of surface coatings and wax residues using a suitable solvent before application.
**Limitations of Use**
- Not suitable for concrete, cement-based materials, or structural components
- Not recommended for zinc, brass, copper, lead, or other metal substrates
- Not for applications involving continuous water immersion or environments where the sealant is completely isolated from air before curing
- Not suitable for painted surfaces or projects requiring construction-grade sealants

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND APPLICATION SCENARIOS
CAUTION
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio

3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
