QMS-318 seamlessly adheres to a multitude of materials such as glass, ceramics, fiberglass, non-oily wood, and aluminum profiles. For surfaces with powder-coated aluminum alloys, complete removal of surface coating wax with a solvent is recommended to optimize bonding.
Application Limitations:
While QMS-318 excels in numerous sealing tasks, it's important to note its limitations. Avoid using on concrete or cement building materials, structural assemblies, or substrates containing zinc, brass, copper, or lead. Continuous immersion in water or environments completely isolated from air prior to curing is also not recommended. For surfaces requiring painting or projects necessitating architectural-grade sealants, alternative solutions should be considered.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

CAUTION
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS

4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
