HW-222 is a high-performance, multifunctional sealant designed for power energy storage devices, providing excellent thermal conductivity, flame retardancy, weather resistance, insulation and waterproof performance,
fully meeting the stringent requirements of energy storage systems.

- Internal and external barriers: The sealant has efficient sealing performance, effectively isolates air exchange and avoids leakage.

- High flame retardant grade: When irreversible thermal runaway occurs inside the battery pack, the sealant can effectively suppress the spread of open flames and ensure system safety.

**Storage and usage instructions**
- **Storage conditions**: Store in a dry and ventilated environment, temperature ≤25ºC, avoid direct sunlight.
- **Shelf life**: 12 months from the date of production.
The adhesive manufacturing process is completely enclosed to prevent external temperatures and various uncontrollable factors from affecting the product quality.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.
Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
Caution:
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS:
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
