HC-885 Single Component Neutral Ketoxime Type Sealant
HC-885 is a medium modulus, durable sealant formulated for high weather resistance in aluminum alloy door and window applications. Its neutral ketoxime composition ensures excellent bonding and sealing for a wide range of materials without causing corrosion on the substrate surface.
Applicable Materials: Ideal for glass, ceramics, fiberglass, galvanized metal surfaces, pottery, most plastic panels, non-oily wood, and anodized or painted aluminum profiles.
Usage Restrictions: Avoid use in engineering applications where the construction substrate's surface temperature exceeds 50°C. Not recommended for mirrors or coated glass. If used for mirrors, choose carefully. Ensure application occurs in an environment with access to air before curing.

FINISHED PRODUCT STORAGE WAREHOUSE
APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.
Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
Caution
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
