**QMS-808 Single Component Sealant**  

The QMS-808 is a high-performance, single-component, neutral ketoxime-cured sealant offering medium modulus and exceptional durability. Engineered for demanding building applications, it provides superior UV, acid, and alkali resistance, forming a reliable, high-adhesion seal with excellent weatherproofing on various substrates.

- **Temperature Limitations:** Not suitable for applications where the substrate's surface temperature exceeds 50°C during use.  
- **Curing Environment:** Requires exposure to air for curing and is unsuitable for fully enclosed or air-isolated conditions.  

### **Shelf Life:**  
The QMS-808 retains peak performance for up to **12 months** when stored in ideal conditions.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.  
 Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

Caution
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio
2.Do not use for below ground.
3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
