QMS-318 Single Component Acetate-Cured Silicone Glass Glue
Ideal for general sealing and waterproofing projects, QMS-318 is a reliable choice for professional construction personnel. It's perfect for various doors, windows, glass, cabinets, and decorative caulking applications.
Applicable Materials: Suitable for use on glass, ceramics, fiberglass, non-oily wood, and aluminum profiles. Note that aluminum alloy surfaces sprayed with powder must be thoroughly cleaned with a solvent to remove surface coating wax before application.
Use Restrictions: Avoid using on concrete or cement building materials, structural assembly, or substrates containing zinc, brass, copper, or lead. Not suitable for continuous immersion in water or environments completely isolated from air before curing. QMS-318 is also not recommended for surfaces requiring painting or for use in engineering with architectural-grade sealants.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND APPLICATION SCENARIOS
CAUTION
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio

3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
