JBN-7900 is a premium single-component acidic curing silicone glass glue tailored for a variety of specialized applications in glass engineering. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of aquarium construction, large plate glass installations, lighting ceilings, and the assembly of aluminum alloy glass doors and windows, this sealant excels in both performance and versatility.
Compatible with a range of materials including glass, ceramics, fiberglass, non-oily wood, aluminum profiles, and painted surfaces, JBN-7900 ensures a strong and durable bond. It's important to note that surfaces sprayed with powder-coated aluminum alloy must have their surface coating wax completely removed with a solvent before application.
While JBN-7900 offers exceptional performance, it's not suitable for certain applications. Avoid using it on concrete or cement building materials, structural components, or substrates containing zinc, brass, copper, or lead. Additionally, it's not recommended for continuous immersion in water or in environments completely isolated from air before curing. Surfaces requiring painting or those necessitating architectural-grade sealants should opt for alternative solutions.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND APPLICATION SCENARIOS
CAUTION
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS

4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
