Applicable Materials:
JBN-3900 is compatible with a wide range of materials including glass, ceramics, fiberglass, non-oily wood, aluminum profiles, and painted surfaces. Note that aluminum alloy sprayed with powder requires surface coating wax removal using a solvent prior to application.
Usage Restrictions:
Avoid using JBN-3900 for concrete or cement building materials, structural components, or substrates containing zinc, brass, copper, or lead. It is not recommended for continuous immersion in water or environments completely isolated from air before curing. Additionally, surfaces requiring painting or architectural-grade sealants should be avoided.

APPLICATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces. Cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND APPLICATION SCENARIOS
CAUTION
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
LIMITATIONS
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural applicatio

3.Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50ºC or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
4.The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.
5.Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
